Is Globallee A Scam - Health And Wellness MLM Review

Today, I will be reviewing Globallee, a business that’s looking at making money in the health and wellness niche. Let’s jump right into this then!

Is Globalee A Scam? – Overview Of The Company

Is Globallee A Scam - Health And Wellness MLM Review

Globalee is headed by Mark McKnight as the CEO, Lamia Bettaieb is the President, and the Chairman is Nauder Khazan. Mark has experience in marketing and was with ACI as their marketer and Vice President.

Nauder Khazan was with a company called Stiforp as their CEO and founder. I was not able to find anything for Lamia Bettaieb. At least, the company is transparent with its CEOs and founders. That is more than I’d say about many of the businesses I’ve reviewed.

Globalee is based out of Irving, Texas in the United States. Currently, Globallee has a worldwide presence as well. They are currently doing business in:

  • Australia,
  • New Zealand,
  • US (United States).
  • Austria,
  • Canada,
  • Germany,
  • Finland,
  • Italy,
  • Sweden,
  • Switzerland,
  • UK (Great Britain)

Let’s look at their products.

How Do Associates Make Money?

Is Globallee A Scam - Health And Wellness MLM Review

The company pays affiliate fees for selling its products and enrolling others to sell their items. They also provide success bonuses. The commission rate for every sale is 20%. If you can get the customer to join in for monthly auto-shipping deals, then they’ll become preferred.

Preferred customers net you residual commissions of 50%. To get this commission, you must maintain 50 qualified volumes and two preferred customers monthly. Here is where the problem comes in.

When a company has to rely mainly on the money from recruits or existing members buying products on auto-ship, we have a serious problem. The Globallee compensation plan is complicated and confusing. I don’t go over compensation plans because my head starts to hurt. If you want to research the compensation plan, please Click Here for access to the PDF. Globallee is similar to other health and wellness MLMs I’ve reviewed on this blog, such as:

Globallee Is Not A Scam

Is Globallee A Scam Or A Legit MLM You Can Trust?

The company is a legitimate network marketing company. However, Globallee really does not stand out among the crowded field of health and wellness MLM companies. Considering the high prices you are paying for the products, they are too expensive for the average consumer.

You are paying between $45 and $170 for creams and supplements. It’s possible you can find similar variations that are less expensive on Amazon. Although the Globallee product may be of better quality, there is always the possibility of finding products on Amazon that could compare with the Globallee brand for a much lower cost.

The prices for Globallee products are on the expensive side, which will be a challenge moving forward. Organizationally, Globallee is not much different from the many other health and wellness network marketing companies operating today. The compensation plan is complicated, as with all these network marketing companies.

If you want to see the Globallee Compensation Plan for yourself, you can Click Here. Today, many MLM businesses use complex strategies to keep monthly revenue coming in by charging their associates. Yes, you’ll be able to make an income selling their products. I

f you’re great at making sales, I’d suggest you look at the company. Otherwise, if you’re not good at sales or plan to sell these expensive products to family and friends, I suggest you look elsewhere for a way to make money.

Why I Don’t Recommend Network Marketing To Make Money

99% of people who join MLMs lose their funds instead of making profits. Nobody will tell you this when they want you to register under them. There are lots of reasons for this, but the two major ones are:

1) Overpriced offers

2) Difficult recruitment

Getting others to join in this age of COVID-19 will not be easy. Social distancing and outright fear will make normal recruiting activities difficult in the future. To succeed on any MLM, you must recruit hundreds of people to register under you.

Are you good at recruiting people to join a platform? How many people can you even recruit? Most MLM organizations are accustomed to holding in-person recruiting or “opportunity” meetings to bring new people on board.

That’s going to be a real challenge for the foreseeable future. You can only do so much on Zoom or Skype when recruiting. Then, you have to consider the economic situation of the people you’re trying to recruit. However, despite no “pandemic”, multi-level marketing is a bad business model.

From my perspective, the MLM industry faces rocky times ahead! I enjoy affiliate marketing; you won’t have to deal with these frustrating situations because you’re building a digital business. With affiliate marketing, your entire business is run from the comfort of your home.

It’s a digital business. You manage your business from your laptop or desktop computer. No “opportunity” meetings, Zoom meetings, recruiting calls, monthly auto-ship product commitments, none of that you have to deal with in affiliate marketing. Similarly, consider 12 facts about multi-level marketing you need to know before deciding to join ANY MLM.

12 Hardcore Facts About Multi-Level Marketing

  1. According to FTC, 99% of all MLM participants lose money
  2. The chances of profiting by starting your own small business are 38% more than by joining an MLM
  3. The profitability rate of running an online business is 10% – 20% higher than the profitability rate of joining an MLM
  4. According to the AARP Foundation, 47% of MLM participants lose money, and 27% make no money whatsoever
  5. Among the 26% who earn a profit, 53% of them earn less than $5000 a year
  6. 39% of MLM participants quit because pitching products and services to friends and family jeopardized their relationships
  7. At least 50% of MLM reps quit within one year after joining an MLM, and 95% quit within ten years
  8. 75% of those who have joined and left an MLM state that they would never join another MLM in their life
  9. A 2018 poll of 1049 MLM reps across various companies found that most of them make less than 70 cents an hour,
  10. 20% of them never made a sale
  11. 60% of them had earned less than $500 in sales over the past five years
  12. 32% of them acquired credit card debt to finance their MLM involvement

Warning: The RED Flags of Multi-Level Marketing Schemes and Scams

Globallee is a legitimate multi-level marketing organization. Unfortunately, that’s not the case with hundreds of other MLM organizations. These are some of the things that you need to watch out for with multi-level marketing companies.

1. Companies That Don’t Clearly Outline Pricing

If you go to a sales page for a product and they don’t disclose the price clearly, you will likely get “duped.”  Any legitimate company will offer clarity on pricing and have a pricing page on their website.  MANY companies in this industry HIDE their pricing; it is unethical, and it will almost certainly scam you. Also, if the company charges hundreds or even thousands of dollars for their products or for joining their business “opportunity,” it should be of concern.

3. MLM Companies That Primarily Use Video Sales Pages / Squeeze Pages

If you visit a “sales page” and it’s the only thing you see on it that is exaggerated promises of quick money, this will almost certainly be an expensive, overpriced scam.  This marketing tactic is used to HIDE pricing and hide the product itself.  They typically ask for your email or a small payment, and then you will be put through an extensive and expensive sales funnel.

4. Companies That Don’t Have a High TrustPilot Rating

I could not find a Trustpilot rating for Globallee. Trustpilot is where you should get genuine consumer reviews about products/services you plan on buying.  If a company doesn’t exist on this website or has a rating lower than 4.5 out of 5 stars, you may want to reconsider joining seriously. There are going to be better programs and services available without the financial risk.

5. Multi-Level Marketing Companies That Sell “Riches” Without Telling You the Process

If you are being pushed by the idea that you are going to be “rich” without telling you what you will be doing to earn this money (in a specific way), then they are selling the sizzle…and chances are there is no “steak” after you make your purchase. Avoid programs like this like the plague.

6. Companies Without an Easy Way to Contact Them

If you don’t have a direct way to contact the company to answer questions about their program, then they are hiding behind something. That is the first clue, and I recommend you test it. If the company has an email address, email it. If you don’t get a response within 48 hours at most, then that is probably the sort of help you can expect in the future.

7. Companies That Don’t Offer Direct Access/Communication with the Owners

Who owns the product?  Can you get help and communicate with them directly?  If NOT, then this program is more than likely in the business of taking your money.  CEOs in the opportunity world who are unwilling to communicate with their customers directly have a “too good for you” mentality, which should be avoided.

8. Companies That Are “Information” Only

If they provide you with “ideas” about how you could create a business without offering you all the tools, services, and levels of ongoing support you need to succeed online, you will have a tough time succeeding. Many companies charge you for their information and then tell you you must purchase all sorts of stuff to use the techniques taught.

When you look at the evidence, multi-level marketing platforms like the Globallee are not business opportunities you want to get involved with! My rating of this so-called “make money online opportunity” is 0 out of 8!

As you can conclude from the above information, multi-level marketing companies are not all what they claim to be. Too often, people put their hope and trust in someone else making money for them instead of learning how to leverage the power of the internet with their online presence. People look for others to rescue them financially when, in reality, YOU have to come to your financial rescue!

However, there is a BETTER OPTION if you want to create your own online business. There is a platform available that will teach you step by step how to build your own online business, an ethical platform whose primary focus is to help everyday people learn how to make money online, a platform where you can immediately have access to individuals who are highly successful with their online businesses. Introducing Wealthy Affiliate, The Industry Leader in the Online Business Space…
