Wiseling was launched in 2020, and the company is managed by Matias Lappo (screenshot image above, co-founder and CEO) and Elias Mattila (co-founder and vice-chairman). The company went public this year, although they claim to be operating since 2015. The domain name (wiseling.com) was privately registered on 7/July/2015. I can’t tell if the website was functional at that time.
I did some digging, and I discovered that Matias Lappo was featured in a YouTube video way back in 2011. Lappo made some false claims in the video. He mentioned they have a physical office in Finland, and the company will open more physical locations sometime. This is the address stated on their website: Itäkatu 1-5 3rd and 4th Floor, 00930 Helsinki, Finland.
As long as you are honest, there is nothing bad with having a physical location. I looked the address up, and I discovered that it belonged to Regus, who offer virtual offices across the globe. He was also asked how they generate passive returns in the video, but Matias did not respond. Matias also mentioned that their company can operate legally worldwide and are registered with relevant government agencies to offer their services.
I could not find any certificate to prove this. His profile on Facebook says it was created in 2016, but he made his first post on Facebook in December 2019. The co-founder and vice-chairman, Elias Mattila claims he created his Facebook profile in 2015, but he posted for the first time on June 3rd, 2020. You can see for yourself that the “story” just doesn’t add up.

The company has no retail product or service to offer. The only thing they do is to promote its affiliate membership. You can invest and earn passively when you become an affiliate and also earn commissions when you recruit people.

Referral Program
The platform makes use of a unilevel compensation plan structure unique to them. Is Wiseling a legit MLM platform or another scam to avoid? When you look at it objectively, there are so many red flags about this company. Wiseling is not transparent about the owners; the profiles of the owners don’t appear natural. Both Matias and Elias started Facebook in 2016 and 2005, and they did not post anything on their profile until June 2020.
Wiseling has no retail product or service to offer to the public. The only thing you will promote when you join is their affiliate membership. To be an affiliate, you will have to invest. Thus, they generate revenue from new investments, which makes this platform a pyramid scheme.
Not Legally Registered
The platform also claims they are legally certified to operate globally, but there is no certification or registration with relevant authorities to back this up. If they are really legit, they should provide evidence on their website. Wiseling promises returns on investment; thus, they are offering illegal securities to the public.
Matias did not provide information on how they generate returns in the YouTube video I came across. I don’t know why he is keeping it a secret. If they claim they can generate 0.8% -2% returns every day, why do they need people to invest and recruit more people? All they need to do is get a small loan from the bank and become billionaires.

I strongly advise you to stay away from this platform if you don’t want to lose your money; I do not recommend Wiseling as an investment opportunity for anyone.
