Is Shoppers Voice Legit Or A Big Waste Of Time?
If you’re watching this video right now, you might be doing a bit of research on a company called shopper’s voice and wondering Is Shoppers Voice Legit?
I’m going to review this website and explain to you how this website actually works.
Can you make money and save money on brands that you love and how does this all work?
The headquarters of Shopper’s Voice is in Toronto ON Canada.
It’s one of the older survey companies in existence, established in 1985.
Shoppers Voice used to mail their surveys the old-fashioned way up until 2013 when they discontinued their paper surveys and are now exclusively online.
Is Shoppers Voice Legit – How Does It Work?
Shopper’s Voice is not your typical rewards website.
Let me say straight away that Shoppers Voice is legit- it’s not a scam.
However, the way you are rewarded for providing your opinions is not with cash, which is a deal-breaker for many.
The best you can hope for is a product sample and a couple of coupons.
Shopper’s Voice is not your typical GPT (get-paid-to-click) or survey website; it’s a marketing research company.
The way they reward their members is with samples, coupons, and special offers.
At Shoppers Voice there are no gift cards, points, and no payouts of cash.
You don’t have to worry about a steady flow of surveys into your inbox from Shoppers Voice, because there aren’t any.
They only publish one survey per year. Just one.
Your “reward” for completing one survey is the opportunity to be entered into monthly sweepstakes.
According to Shoppers Voice, in these sweepstakes, you’ll have a chance to earn $1500.
However, I wouldn’t count on it. There’s only one member to get a prize each month.
As a result of signing up, you will receive a lot of emails, some with a coupon or offer and others without, while other emails will be trivial information without any reward.
The honest truth is this could be considered spam.
Also, some users complained that they never got any coupons.
What I Have A Problem With
Here’s the problem I have:
Look at all the information that’s been collected over the years.
There are no surveys, no task wall, and no daily activities to keep subscribers busy.
You have one sweepstake that gets determined once a year.
So what happens to all of this information that Shoppers Voice has accumulated over the years?
Are they selling your personal information as other survey/GPT websites do? I don’t know and I can’t say for sure.
I’m quite uncomfortable with the idea that they’re just sitting on all of this personal information and seemingly not doing anything with it.
The above statement is my opinion and not a statement of fact.
As a website, I’ve reviewed hundreds of survey websites and this is probably one of the not-so-great ones.
You’re not really going to get that much out of this website because there are no surveys to fill out on a regular basis.
What they’re going to do is take your information and possibly do different things with it and flood your email inbox.
You can’t do anything.
And that $ 1,500 sweepstake that’s such a big deal?
The chances of winning are like one in 100 million. You’re not going to win it.
Shoppers Voice is similar to other legit but low paying survey websites I’ve reviewed on this blog such as:
Why I’m Not A Fan Of Survey Sites
If you’re here right now and you’re interested in learning how to make money online, understand that most survey websites are a waste of time.
They truly are.
Most survey sites send you one survey a day, sometimes one every few days, sometimes one survey a month.
When you fill out that survey, you earn anywhere from 50 cents to a dollar. That’s it.
If you were to spend five or six hours a day filling out surveys, you would only earn roughly about a hundred dollars a month.
But you just invested 155 hours of your time filling out the surveys.
Therefore, your per hour rate is only about 64 cents per hour.
It’s one of the worst-paying things on the internet.
Can you make some money with survey sites?
You can, but what are you really going to do with $80 – $100 a month?
If you’re really honest with yourself, you can’t really do much with that money.
You can’t retire, travel the world, or make major purchases.
You can buy some coffee, get some groceries at the supermarket, or maybe pay off a bill, after spending five hours every single day filling out surveys.
Therefore, if you take the amount of time you’re investing versus how much money you’re making, there is a massive disconnect.
I don’t do surveys anymore because it’s the worst way to make money.
However, I realize that there is still a segment of the population that would disagree with me – and that’s OK.
I knew my finances needed a radical change.
It wasn’t until 2016 that I finally had a massive breakthrough.
It’s called Wealthy Affiliate.
Why Wealthy Affiliate Makes Sense Going Forward
What Wealthy Affiliate does is show people how to build businesses from home using just the internet.
In light of everything associated with COVID-19, building an affiliate marketing business from home is one of the sensible things you can do.
Think about what’s going on around you.
There is massive economic uncertainty that’s gripped large segments of the population.
One of the reasons for economic uncertainty is that other people are deciding who works and who doesn’t.
When you own an online business, you are in control of how much money you make.
No one gets to decide your economic future but you.
You are not held hostage by the policies of misinformed bureaucrats.
The reason everyday people have had massive success with Wealthy Affiliate is simple.
Wealthy Affiliate was designed so that an individual with ZERO experience with online marketing can learn to build a profitable website or blog.
It’s been that way for over 15 years and isn’t going to stop anytime soon.
However, it gets better.
The owners of Wealthy Affiliate, Kyle Loudoun and Carson Lim anticipated that some will continue to sit on the fence and make excuses.
Therefore, anyone can create a FREE account at Wealthy Affiliate and test out features of the platform for as long as they want with ZERO financial obligation.
That’s right. No debit or credit card is needed.
Watch out though; when I created my free account it only lasted one day!
That’s because I was so excited at what Wealthy Affiliate offered, that I immediately paid the $49 monthly subscription fee and became a Premium Member.
The Time To Do Something Is TODAY
The decision is yours, my friend.
However, a word of warning:
The world as we know it is on the brink of radical change.
The COVID-19 pandemic has left too many families financially exposed and dependent on government assistance.
Do you want to be at the mercy of government emergency relief?
What financial position do you want to be in when the next “health emergency” comes around.
This is just the beginning!
There’s so much at stake right now – you’ve got to make the right decision.
This is NOT the time to make excuses or procrastinate…This is the time to gain financial leverage by creating another income source that can make money for you 24/7.
I hope that you do make the right decision – I know I did with Wealthy Affiliate.
