Lifocity is among the most recent MLM companies in the CBD oil niche, and I decided to review this platform based on the news I have been hearing about it.

Lifocity is an MLM company based out of Texas and was founded in May 2019.
This Multi-level marketing company specializes in CBD oil and health/nutritional supplements.
The co-founders of this company are Dough and Sheila Braun (“Chief Experience Officer” and CEO).
Dough Braun has over 25 years of experience in the network marketing industry.
Mr. Braun was the Chief Marketing Officer in Usana before Lifocity was founded.
Usana is a big MLM company and is into nutritional/health supplements.
The company has been functional for decades and Braun was their Chief Marketing officer from 2011 to 2018.
I do not know the reason for Braun’s exit, but he founded medical services and marketing companies when he left Usana.
Also, I discovered that the corporate address used by Lifocity belongs to a company owned and run by Terry LaCore, LaCore Enterprises.
Does it mean that LaCore owns Lifocity or is a part-owner? I can’t tell as this information was not disclosed on Lifocity’s website.
LaCore Enterprises owns many MLM companies, but there is no direct competition with Lifocity.

Lifocity Products
Instead of a product section, Lifocity has a brand section. On their site, the brand features:

Durt, which is available in gold (fulvic acid) and black (humic and fulvic acid), happens to be a liquid-based supplement containing important nutrition from the ground.
How can your body benefit from fulvic acid?
Fulvic acid is an organic compound found in the soil. This acid is used as a supplement and promises lots of health benefits.
There are claims that fulvic acids help in restoring minerals to the body and boosting the immune system. It has also been reported that fulvic acid can help to remove toxic heavy metals from the body.
Based on an NCBI study, it was reported that fulvic acid reduces pro-inflammatory markers and activates the body’s immunity to kill bacteria.
Also, it reduces oxidative stress and induces apoptosis in hepatic cancer lines.
Are These Ingredients Really Effective?
Interestingly, both fulvic and humic acid are solid ingredients that have been proven scientifically.

Envoi products are hemp product varieties with CBD. They contain phytocannabinoid compounds.
Phytocannabinoid compounds are becoming more popular in the health niche due to their beneficial effect on the endocannabinoid system and how they impact overall health positively.
The Envoi product varieties include:

- Hemp Softgels with Curcumin – A bottle, which contains 25 mg per soft gel, cost $65.95. The product is a combination of plant-based cannabidiol and curcumin.
- Full Spectrum Hemp Oil– A bottle of this product costs $69.95, and it contains 500mg CBD. The product is “packed full of the beneficial compounds abundant in the hemp plant, including terpenes, cannabinoids, and flavonoids.”

Lifocity Ranks
Lifocity has eleven affiliate ranks, and members can qualify for any of these ranks when they meet the requirement for each rank.
Personal Volume (PV) is the sales volume generated by orders from retail customers and affiliates.
Group Volume (GV) is the sales volume generated within levels 1, 2, and 3 of the uni-level compensation structure, excluding the affiliate’s own personal volume.
Personal Team Volume (PTV) is the sales volume generated only by personally sponsored affiliates.
Retail Commissions
The company pays retail commissions on sales volume generated by orders from retail customers only.

Retailer Bonus
The company pays a retailer bonus of 40% of the 50% of generated retail sales volume. Affiliates on this platform can earn the following with this retailer bonus:
- In the uni-level team, affiliates can earn 5% on level 1, 10% on level 2, and 15% on level 3
- 40% of 50% of sales volume produced whey they personally recruit retail customers.
Take note, Retailer Bonuses generated by affiliates who do not meet this requirement will roll up to affiliates in their upline.
Retail Match
Affiliates on the platform can make a percentage match on retail commissions generated across levels 1, 2, and 3 of their uni-level team.
- Brand Partners in Level 1 can earn a 10% match on level 1
- Similarly, Brand Partners in Level 2 can earn a 10% match on level 1 and level 2.
- Brand Partners in Levels 3 and above can earn a 10% match on levels 1, level 2, and level 3.
How Much Will It Cost to Join Lifocity?
Becoming an affiliate member will cost you $30 USD per year. You can also buy optional packages, such as:
- a Business Builder kit (cost not disclosed)
- a Brand Builder Kit, which costs $589 USD or
- a Brand Experience Kit, which goes for $313 USD
Paying for any of these kits offers discounted bundles of products.

My Verdict On Lifocity
Is the Lifocity opportunity a scam? After researching the company, I can say for sure that Lifocity is not a scam.
Take note, I am not an affiliate, but with the information, I got during my research, the company is legit and one of the cleanest MLM platforms in 2020.
Actually, Lifocity is one of the better network marketing organizations I’ve reviewed in a long time.
There doesn’t seem to be negative baggage associated with the company of its founders.
Lifocity’s compensation plan is focused on driving retail sales and keeping the FTC happy and off of their backs
Also, the products they offer have been proven scientifically to contain ingredients that will benefit your health.
So you can give their products a try to know if it’s suitable. Then, you can decide if the products they offer are good for you.
Even if their products have positive effects, they may not sell if the taste is terrible.
