What Is InboxPays Surveys – Does This Pay Great Money?
If you are looking for a
You’re probably searching for information about InboxPays Surveys if you’re viewing this blog post.
Most of the people who follow my blog are trying to find good get-paid-to platforms without getting scammed.
Some of these scams are so hyped up that you may be asked to pay a fee for registering with them.
Others deploy more cunning techniques to steal money and sensitive information from you.
Let’s take a look at InboxPays Surveys to see if it’s a scam or legit.
What Is InboxPays Surveys – Can You Make Money With It?
Yes – you can make money with it, but it’s very little money and may not be worth your time.
Honestly, I didn’t like what I saw when I first visited their website.
The appearance of the site makes you feel as if you were in the 1990s, which doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence.
Nevertheless, it will be unfair to call them a scam because of the outdated design of their website.
This firm is located in Houston, Texas, and it’s a subsidiary of a larger company known as A & A Marketing.
However, you can’t see that info on their website, as I had to search through their file on the Better Business Bureau to find it.
While I was going through their file, I also discovered that they hold an F rating and don’t have BBB accreditation.
Nevertheless, not having a good BBB accreditation is not something serious to worry about.
There are many companies operating smoothly even without having a high standing with the BBB.
A Pattern of User Complaints
It is, however, important to focus on user complaints, particularly when there is a pattern.
That’s exactly what is considered in this case.
According to the BBB, there have been complaints that the company doesn’t pay out as promised.
Another issue is that it’s very difficult to reach anyone with InboxPays via email or phone.
Similarly, there were also complaints that several user accounts were blocked while they were yet to complete their assigned tasks.
In addition, the company failed to respond when BBB tried contacting them.
Also, there are lots of negative comments and inquiries about unreceived payments on their Facebook wall.
You might find it startling to know that they rarely reply to complaints posted on Facebook.
There are some of the issues that are becoming a source of concern.
How is Money Earned on InboxPays?
You get cash payments through PayPal with Inbox Pays.
With this platform, the pay you make per survey is between $.50 to $1.00, and usually, a survey can take between 20 minutes to a half hour generally.
Unfortunately, you have to have a $50 balance before you can cash out, and with such low-paying surveys, cashing out could take quite a long time.
Many find this aspect of InboxPays very frustrating.
In order to ease the frustration, they do offer a $5 sign-up bonus to help out, and the referral program can help as well.
However, I haven’t seen one from a real member that attests to receiving payment and is happy with the way they earn money on InboxPays.
Is It Easy To Sign Up?
It’s easy to sign up with InboxPays and you don’t need to pay anything.
This is basically the only sign that clears the company from being a scam.
Getting started, the registration process is just like the conventional method of signing up on most platforms.
However, once you are done with the registration, a form containing a number of questions will be sent to you.
Finally, after confirming your account through email, you will get access to your dashboard where you will find available offers and a welcome bonus of $5.
What Is Inbox Surveys – Activities & Rewards
Money can be earned on InboxPays in different ways. The most common ones are explained below:
- Cash Offers – They consist of free, trial, and other offers which may require you to provide your PayPal or credit card number. You will be charged for the product or service if you fail to cancel a trial offer before the expiration date. To avoid that, you can either set up reminders or completely reject such offers, which is absolutely the best thing to do. Theoretically, you can earn about $75 if you decide to give them a try. However, in reality, you are more likely to get less than a dollar per offer.
- Spinning Wheel – By default, you have access to only two free spins. You will need to sign up for offers if you want more opportunities.
- Coupons –
Majority of them have a low value and are only applicable to groceries and household items. - Referring Friends – You are entitled to get 10% of the earnings of each person you refer to the platform. For instance, $3 will be deposited in your account if a $30 offer is made by a friend you referred.
- Reading Emails – Don’t get excited yet. Of course, it sounds too easy, but what you earn is extremely low, which is usually from 2¢ to 25¢ for each email. The sad thing is that you won’t even get more than three emails per day.
High Cashout Threshold
Having seen the possible ways of making money on InboxPays, it won’t be wrong to say that they have an insanely high cashout threshold.
If your money isn’t up to $50, you can’t get it.
Anytime you make a withdrawal, you can only get $50, even if you earn over that amount.
The remaining amount will be sent to you in subsequent payments once you reach $50 dollars again.
So, InboxPays isn’t very attractive when compared to most GPT platforms that have a $25 threshold.
Regardless if the payout threshold is $50 dollars or $25 dollars or $1 dollar, all survey websites pay very little money.
InboxPays is similar to other survey websites I’ve reviewed on this blog such as:
InboxPays Advantages
- Payment is in cash and through PayPal. That’s the only way of getting your money, and I don’t see anything wrong with it. There is no doubt that PayPal is one of the most convenient methods of payment, except you’re the old-school type that prefers checks.
- Money can be made in different ways. Reading only emails or taking surveys could be boring. Nothing is better than having multiple activities to switch to when you get tired of any particular activity.
- There is a $5 welcome bonus. Considering the offers you had to reject or accept upfront, this bonus seems very little. Notwithstanding, it’s definitely good to have something to start with.
InboxPays Disadvantages
- There are numerous complaints of unpaid earnings. This is the main problem with InboxPays. It becomes even more worrisome when you see people having over $100 on the platform but couldn’t reach their customer service on the phone. This directly takes us to the next point…
- The company doesn’t respond to negative feedback. It’s quite understandable if they decide not to attend to the angry emails of one Jane Doe. But their failure to even respond to BBB’s inquiries, or to extremely negative public feedback on their Facebook page, is something to worry about. Why should we care about their reputation if they don’t?
- Your inbox can easily be filled with unwanted emails if you are not careful. It won’t be fair to say their advertisers are scammers, because I have actually come across some renowned and respectable companies. Nonetheless, the truth is that I didn’t come here to get my inbox filled with unnecessary offers, but rather to make a few bucks.
- You will have very low earnings without signing up for offers. The dangers of these offers have already been discussed earlier. To be honest, I like having complete control over my email address and, most importantly, my credit card number.
InboxPays Surveys Is Not A Scam
Even though there are many aspects about InboxPays Surveys I don’t like, I don’t think they are an outright scam.
However, as an opportunity to make some extra money, I would definitely pass on this website.
InboxPays Surveys is a sloppy, inconsistent company that does not look out for its survey takers.
I certainly wouldn’t trust my sensitive personal information with the InboxPays Surveys platform.
Although there are a number of legitimate GPT panels out there such as Gain.gg, Superpay.me, Panda Research, Timebucks, Rewarding Ways, ySense, PTCShare, and OneDay Rewards, all pay pennies on the dollar.
