Prance Gold Holdings: What You Need To Know
Welcome to my Prance Gold Holdings review
Prance Gold Holdings – Facts About The Company
Prance Gold Holdings is a network marketing company that deals with cryptocurrency; the platform was created by Andre Gerald. I searched for the name of the founder on the internet and social media platforms, and I got nothing. It’s a mystery to me why a name that does not exist was listed as the founder and CEO unless this could be another crypto scam.
I noticed that Andre Gerald has an American accent while its COO, Jacob Coulsen, has a British accent. The video quality was 360p; it appears that a cell phone was used to record the video. Another red flag is the hard-coded Chinese subtitles in the video. I feel the true owners of this platform are in Asia. The platform has two different websites: prancegoldholdings.com, registered on 05/2019, and prance.gold, registered on 02/2020.
Their site defaults to Japanese, so it’s possible that Japanese visitors are their primary target. From what I discovered, 90% of the site’s traffic is from Japan. Prance Gold does have an incorporation certificate for Prance Gold Holdings Limited in Seychelles Island. Despite the incorporation certificate, there are a number of unanswered questions about this company.
Products Offered And Compensation Plan
The platform only promotes its affiliate membership; they do not have any retail product or service to offer. You need to be careful with MLM companies with no retail product or service to offer. Affiliates on the platform are promised ROI (Return On Investment) between 300% and 600% when they invest between $1000 to $30,000 or more in USD, bitcoin, or tether. You will receive 0.9% of your investment every day. There is also a deposit fee of 10%. Although they accept US dollars for investment, the platform only pays return and commissions in tether (this token is a controversial cryptocurrency).
Prance Gold will charge a fee of 5% if an affiliate decides to wait three days to make withdrawals. They also charge a 3% fee if an affiliate chooses to wait for eight days to withdraw his/her earnings.
Residual Commissions
Prance Gold Holdings pays commissions to affiliates through a uni-level compensation plan. Here, an affiliate is placed at the top of the team, and anybody they personally recruit is placed under them on level 1. New affiliates sponsored by level 1 affiliates are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s team.
The same goes for affiliates in level 3 (recruited by level 2 affiliates), and so on. The platform caps payable levels in this uni-level team at 25. To receive residual commissions, sponsored affiliates must invest. The rate you get for residual commissions across the 25 levels will depend on how much was invested.
Monthly New Market Bonus
Affiliates are rewarded in this business for producing downline investments. You can earn between $1200 to $75000 in commissions if you can produce “down line legs” between $10000 and $1000000 in “new down line investment.” This bonus resets each month.
Prance Gold Rank Rewards And Registration Costs
The compensation plan offered by this platform has five ranks. You can receive between 2% and 10% as an ROI bonus if you produce 3 uni-level team legs with $30000 investment volume for each leg. Becoming an affiliate member is free. However, you will have to invest at least $1000 in USD, tether, or bitcoin to partake in the passive income opportunity offered by Prance Gold.
When You Look At The Evidence This Is A Crypto Scam
Like I said earlier, I will be unbiased in this Prance Gold Holdings review. I don’t want anyone falling victim to a scam platform. I am certain actors were used in the video to act as the CEO and COO of Prance Gold Holdings. The reason I’m convinced that actors were used in the sales video is I searched their names on the internet and discovered nothing.
Furthermore, they also offer 600% returns, which means they deal in securities; thus, they must be registered with relevant bodies or organizations.I did not come across any real registration, which is critical if the business is legit. Frankly, do not fall for the incorporation certificate; it means nothing, especially if it comes from a foreign country.
Information from other sources claims this company runs its activities from Singapore. To me, Prance Gold Holdings is another scam and Ponzi scheme. The only money circulating is investments from new affiliates. If you don’t want to lose your money, do not invest. When a company like Prance Gold Holdings offers no retail products to the public and the only money coming into the business is from new affiliates joining, this is a Ponzi scheme.
My experience tells me everything about Prance Gold Holdings is shady and false; I do not recommend this platform. Prance Gold Holdings is similar to other scam cryptocurrency MLMs I’ve reviewed on this blog such as:
Warning: The RED Flags of Multi-Level Marketing Schemes and Scams Online
It would be best to watch out for these things with multi-level marketing companies, as they are red flags you should not ignore. Taking note of these eight signs can save you considerable time and money.
- The Company Does NOT Offer a FREE Trial
This is a big one to look out for. Most information products are worthless, and if you could jump directly into those products and “try them out” before investing in them, you would never invest in low-quality garbage. That is why they hide behind a payment. If their information is so good, should they not prove it by allowing you to access what they offer?
2. Companies That Don’t Clearly Outline Pricing
If you go to a sales page for a product and they don’t disclose the price clearly, you will likely get “duped.” Any legitimate company will offer clarity on pricing and have a pricing page on their website. MANY companies in this industry HIDE their pricing; it is unethical, and it will almost certainly scam you. Also, if the company charges hundreds or even thousands of dollars for their products or for joining their business “opportunity,” it should be of concern.
If you visit a “sales page” and the only thing you see on it is exaggerated promises of quick money, this will almost certainly be an expensive, overpriced scam. This marketing tactic is used to HIDE pricing and hide the product itself. They typically ask for your email or a small payment, and then you will be put through an extensive and expensive sales funnel.
4. Companies That Don’t Have a High Trustpilot Rating
Prance Gold Holdings has no Trustpilot raiting. Trustpilot is where you should get genuine consumer reviews about products/services you plan on buying. However, a word of caution: sometimes good reviews don’t tell the whole story about whether a company is REALLY legit. It’s good to read the individual comments to see what others say about their experiences with a particular company. Nonetheless, if a company doesn’t exist on this website or has a rating lower than 4.5 out of 5 stars, you may not want to get involved with the company at all. Consider companies, businesses, and platforms with GREAT Trustpilot ratings and minimize the prospect of getting scammed and losing hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.
If a company doesn’t exist on this website or has a rating lower than 4.5 out of 5 stars, you may want to seriously reconsider joining. There are going to be better programs and services available without the financial risk.
5. Multi-Level Marketing Companies That Sell “Riches” Without Telling You the Process
If you are being pushed by the idea that you are going to be “rich” or that you’ll be able to “make money in a short period ” without telling you what you will be doing to earn this money (in a specific way), then they are selling the “sizzle”…and chances are there is no “steak” after you make your purchase. Avoid programs these types of programs like the plague.
6. Companies Without an Easy Way to Contact Them
If you don’t have a direct way to contact the company to answer questions about their program, they are hiding behind something. That is the first clue, and I recommend you test it. If the company has an email address, email it. If you don’t get a response within 48 hours at most, then that is probably the sort of help you can expect in the future.
7. Companies That Don’t Offer Direct Access/Communication with the Owners
Who owns the product? Can you get help and communicate with them directly? If NOT, then this program is more than likely in the business of taking your money. CEOs in the opportunity world who are unwilling to communicate with their customers directly have a “too good for you” mentality, which should be avoided.
8. Companies That Are Just “Information”
If they provide you with “ideas” about how you could create a business without offering you all the tools, services, and levels of ongoing support you need to succeed online, you will have a tough time succeeding. Many companies charge you for their information and then tell you you need to purchase all sorts of stuff to use the techniques taught.
When you look at the above eight points discussed, multi-level marketing platforms like the Allbit Trade are not business opportunities you want to get involved with! My rating of this so-called “make money online opportunity” is 0 out of 8!
As you can conclude from the above information, cryptocurrency multi-level marketing companies like Prance Gold Holdings are not all what they claim to be. Too often, people put their hope and trust in someone else making money for them instead of learning how to leverage the power of the internet with their online presence. People look for others to rescue them financially when, in reality, YOU have to come to your financial rescue!

Wealthy Affiliate Is A Better Option
If you’ve made the decision that online SCAMS like Prance Gold Holdings and multi-level marketing aren’t right for you, there are other ways to make money online. From my experience, the best and easiest way to make money online is with affiliate marketing.
I say this because with affiliate marketing cold calling complete strangers, mandatory “opportunity meetings” and trying to convince friends and family to do business with you isn’t required. You won’t get SCAMMED because YOU are in control of your business. Also, you don’t have to worry about falling victim to some hardened online criminal stealing your money.
Even better, you can start affiliate marketing on a shoestring budget. If you want to learn about affiliate marketing, click on the banner below and have a look. It costs you nothing to have a look at how to build your very own affiliate marketing business from the comfort of your home.
