What is ShowCash.co?
ShowCash is a GPT (get-paid-to) website in which you supposedly can earn “$500 today.”
The website claims to offer $10 to $15 for referring friends towards this website.
However, the entire theme of this website is similar to other sites we’ve reviewed in this blog.
There are so many discrepancies it’s hard to keep track.
Since we want to avoid possible scams, lets see if ShowCash.co is legit.
The Owner of ShowCash.co Is Unknown
You can’t find any information on who owns this website.
When the owner of a website deliberately hides, that’s a HUGE red flag.
Why it is important?
Online scams are increasing on a daily basis.
One common aspect that all of these scams have is no information about the owner.
No one is claiming responsibility for this website.
Scammers Never Reveal Themselves
Typically scammers never reveal themselves.
They won’t reveal their information because they know everything they’re doing is illegitimate.
If they’re caught, they can be sued for their dishonesty.
When there’s an error on the part of ShowCash, to whom are you going to complain?
ShowCash Lied About When It Was Founded

ShowCash.co says it’s been around since 2015.

Let’s go to a website we can trust – WHOIS.com
Let’s look at a screenshot of when they were started:
There we have it – ShowCash was founded on January 25th, 2020.
At the time of writing this post, it’s April 20th, 2020.
They’ve been around for less than 6 months.
A total, flat-out LIE.
Unrealistic Payment Promises Are A Red Flag
ShowCash claims you can make money by inviting friends to the site.
The website says if you share your referral link you earn $10 for every friend that you invite.
Paying $10 for every friend you invite is quite high and unrealistic.
Every legit survey site I’ve reviewed would never pay $10 for your referrals.
Most sites usually pay about $1.
$10 is a very unrealistic amount.
Fake Payment Proofs
There are times you really wonder why people work so hard to be dishonest and disgraceful.
Take a look at the so-called “payment proofs” from the ShowCash website;
Notice the two red circles? Instead of saying ShowCash.co, it says LiteBucks LLC.
These so-called payment proofs have the name of another website on them!
Look at the dates.
August 3rd, 2019, and August 6th, 2019.
This can’t be possible because WHOIS.com clearly established that ShowCash.co started on January 25th, 2020.
This is clearly a LIE and backs up the fact that this website is a SCAM.
The Testimonials Are Fake

As you can plainly see, ShowCash.co is using the same testimonials as SwiftBucks and LiteBucks!
There are other websites that have the same testimonials, but I figure these two were enough.
It’s disgraceful to pass these so-called testimonials s authentic.
Fake testimonials are truly the mark of a SCAM.
Brands Are Not Working With ShowCash
This website makes a point of saying they work with some of the leading brands in the country.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
None of the brands noted above would be caught in the same room with ShowCash.co
Another convenient falsehood.
They Promise You Money
What websites like ShowCash are good at is promising a “$25 dollar sign-up bonus” and a “$10 referral” bonus.
Why do they do this?
Because they know people need money.
They need money in the worst way.
A $25 dollar sign-up bonus and a $10 dollar referral bonus are difficult to pass up.
Also, they present this opportunity as easy money.
You can get $35 dollars for basically doing nothing.
You Will Never Get Paid
These scammers know human psychology very well – they know what works.
The worst part is you’ll never see one dime of that $35 dollars.
That’s right – you’ll never see it.
You won’t be able to cash out or you’ll get an email saying your account is banned.
After you’ve already given them your personal information.
These scammers knew from the start that the had no intentions of making the payouts they promised.
Data Harvesting Is Big Business
The purpose of a website like ShowCash.co is to collect your personal data.
This is dangerous.
There are companies that buy personal information for a myriad of reasons.
Many of these companies purchase your data for a sinister purpose.
The following statistic comes from the Pew Research Center:
“70% of adults say their personal data is less secure.
Only 6% report that they believe their data is more secure today than it was in the past.”
Is ShowCash.co A Scam?
Yes, it is a scam.
Any website that uses fake testimonials and lies about its date of origin, is a scam.
How on earth can it be otherwise?
